• If the event is full, keep checking as cancellations may free up spots until 24 hours before the event.

• Cancellation Policy: Sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel, just use the link in your confirmation email, and as long as the event is more than 24 hours away, your payment will be fully refunded. There are no refunds if you miss the session or cancel within 24 hours of the event.

• How to prepare: Wear cozy, comfortable clothes and bring plenty of water to drink afterwards. Please bring a notebook or journal and pen to record your experience. You’ll want to bring the right stuff to be fully relaxed and comfortable...a yoga mat (or two), pillows, blankets or towel rolls. Placing padding under your head, knees and tailbone, and covering yourself with a blanket are all super helpful! We will have some yoga mats and blankets for those that don't have them, and folding metal chairs for those not comfortable lying on the floor. And please give yourself the gift 🎁 of relaxation and try not to schedule anything after the session so you can fully integrate.

• Location & Parking: This event will be held in the Awakening Room at Bridge Healing Arts Center, 304 Main Street, Farmington, CT. Please drive around 🚗 to the farthest parking area in the rear, and enter through the door with the short ramp. Take a right, and the Awakening Room will be to the right.
